How We Ship
We ship all of our AppleSacs through USPS. Below are the three options we use within USPS.

-First Class Mail: The least expensive solution that takes an average of 2-6 days for delivery (once item is shipped), however, USPS does not guarantee delivery time. Tracking number is not offered with First Class Mail.

-Priority Mail: A fairly inexpensive and fast shipping option. It takes an average of 2-4 days for delivery (once it is shipped), however, USPS does not guarantee delivery time. We can provide you with a tracking number if you want!

-Global Priority Mail: We use this for all of our international shipments. The average time for delivery is 6-10 days but is not guaranteed. We have heard that some countries may have customs fees...we don't know which countries do that, or how much the fees might be.

Return Policy
We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, just send it back to us within 30 days for a replacement, repair, or refund.

and include a note with your name letting us know whether you want a refund or an exchange, etc. If you purchased your AppleSac somewhere other than AppleSac.com, then please include a copy of your receipt.
